Lisa Miles Jackson Named Company President

Great Falls, VA—March 28, 2009:  Innovative Green Solutions announced today that Lisa Miles Jackson has been appointed President of the company.   Ms. Miles Jackson has close to 20 years in Business Development and Sales and has worked in with Federal, State, local, and Commercial Telecommunications and Healthcare marketplaces.  Ms. Miles Jackson is one of the original owners of Innovative Green Solutions. 

In other corporate structuring it was announced that Mr. Mark Henderson has been assigned duties as Senior Vice President, Government Markets and Mr. Douglas Jackson has been assigned duties as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer.
